I just figured out that when you are on the aircraft summary page and you click "Close all routes" the aircraft cycles and airframe hours are being reset to 0. The value of the aircraft is not being reset, but it looks like it has never flown. When you close the routes manually one by one the cycles and airframe hours are not being reset.
